Lecture Courses SS 2011
Statistical Physics Teacherstudents
Based upon the courses Statistical Physics I and Quantum Mechanics I this lecture gives an introduction to Non-Equilibrium Physics:
- Stochastic processes (Master-equation, Brownian motion)
- Thermodynamics of irreversible processes (conductivity, thermo-electrics, diffusion, thermo-diffusion, etc.)
- Boltzmann-equation
- Linear Response theory und Green's functions
- Quantum field theory of non-equilibrium states
