Glass and binding materials

Inorganic non-metallic materials, these are mainly glass, ceramics, and binding agents / building materials, which are represented in apprenticeship and research.
In lectures, exercises and training periods basic knowledge and abilities are given in the scientific work on and with these materials. In the research some topics are deepened:

• Water glass and derived materials,
• special glasses and slag glasses,
• inorganic Sol gel processes,
• binding agents on the base of CaSO₄
