Information for prospective students

Dear pupils and high-school graduates,

we want to give you an overview about studying physics, medical physics or a physics teachers' course in Halle. Moreover we have some links for brochures and further contact persons. If you have questions you can always write a mail at fachschaft(at)physik.uni-halle.de. We'd love to have you with us soon.

General information

There is a website on general information for people considering to study at MLU. You find it at www.ich-will-wissen.de   . A list of all courses at the university can be found here. The institute of physics also offers a website with information for prospective students.

Mentoring Program

In order to make your start at MLU easier, the institute of physics and the student representatives offer a mentoring program. Each of you will be assigned a group with one professor and one higher semester student as mentors.

The mentoring groups will meet in different settings that are meant to help you starting your studies or your life in Halle. Please contact us if you want to switch groups. Of course you can always address us or your mentors with any questions or problems.
